  • U.S. registered Aircraft Agent for Service forwarding

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) now requires pilots, other flight crewmembers, and mechanics with foreign addresses to designate a U.S. Agent for Service under 14 CFR Part 3, Subpart C 3.301-3.303. This new requirement applies to 14 CFR parts 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, & 107.

To comply, you must submit your agent’s U.S. address and contact details to the FAA by the specified deadlines. Our professional service simplifies this process by managing these requirements efficiently and ensuring your compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.

New applicants must designate a U.S. agent by April 2, 2025, to receive FAA certifications.

Existing FAA certificate holders are required to comply by July 7, 2025, to maintain their certifications.

Our designated agents will act as the primary contact for receiving official FAA communications on your behalf, ensuring you don’t miss critical compliance documents and timelines. These may include:

Notices: To aircraft owners for ineffective or invalid aircraft registration issues.

Letters of Investigation, Revocation, Reexamination, Suspension: Pertaining to the status of your FAA certificates.

Airman Medical Letters: Notifications regarding requests for additional medical information or the denial of a medical certificate.

Other Safety-Critical or Time-Sensitive Documents: Vital communications regarding appeal and response deadlines for FAA-served documents, which may have deadlines as short as two days.

To comply, you must provide the FAA with your agent’s information, including their U.S. address and contact details, by the specified deadlines. Our professional service makes compliance easy by reliably handling these responsibilities and ensuring your compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
